Ok they killed a classic the remake of nightmare on elm street Robert englund so couldve played Freddy again that was worst remake ever that’s hour and half of my life ill never get back Noone will ever replace Robert englund

Yeah there were so many things wrong with this movie. Haley was the best thing in this movie but even hec couldn’t save it from a lazy script.

Micheal Bay did not direct, he only produced it (provided the funding)although I agree that the reboot could have been done much better and that haley (while a good effort) can never really replace Englund. And it didn’t help that their final decision on the new Freddy makeup job was a very poor decision. As far as Freddy being scary, everyone knows who Freddy is so it’s fairly impossible to make him truly scary anymore (other than using the old jump scare routines). What made him so scary in the first movie was that he was a new horror character and nobody knew what he was really capable of. Everything after the first nightmare was unfortunately campy rather than scary.

The new reboot was very predictable. it wasnt scary and the new freddy looked more like an alein creature. Micheal Bay is a horrible director what he hade Transformers. Look how good the new ones are theyre horrible. Its sad Robert Englund wont come back but they should stop the franchise, he is the franchise! I had to watch it just because but will never own it and i own all the freddy films. Reboots hardly top the original and this is another one.

okay let me say this as an all time Freddy #1 fan without robert that movie was pretty crappy i went and seen it and i did and didnt like it i did like because it took you back to why freddy started killing but i didnt like it because it was not freddy at all the face was so nasty and ugly and that voice just made you want to leave that movie in a trash can and i was all excited that there was another freddy movie to come out and i was really disppointed at what i seen Robert Englund is Freddy Kruger and always will be no one can be a Freddy Kruger like he could now if there wasnt going to be a Robert Englund as Freddy then you could have at least used someone better then who did play him Johnny Depp might have been a great Freddy I just wish someone can truely answer the question on to what happen to Robert Englund as our dearest Freddy Kruger

this filmed was sh*t just like i new it would be. stop with the CGI for f*ck sake it does not make it scary just cheap.
the girl was meant to be drag around the ceiling slowley that was scary not thrown so fast you can not focus on it.
DO NOT REMAKE ANY MORE.

Personally as a huge fan of the originals….Worst Nightmare by far,Haley should suicide because he was THAT BAD!!! God his lines sucked,he wasnt funny which FREDDY IS FUNNY AND TERRIFYING,His laugh sucked,I miss Robert Englund….i dont care if he has to use the force or whatever,stunt doubles,GIVE US BACK THE REAL FREDDY

the new freddy is a total joke! not a natural at all nor was he scary. the new guy playing freddy almost ruined the movie itself for us, hope that if they do another they will be smart enough to get englund. i mean someone other than robert englund playing freddy is like someone impersonating elvis presley, a joke.
