There’s been some Predators 2 talk recently, so what has been said and how likely is a sequel?
Director Nimród Antal revealed a couple of weeks ago that a Predators sequel had already been discussed with Robert Rodriguez, noting that it would depend primarily on the box office. Predators has since grossed $52m worldwide, with some time still to run. As its production budget was a sensible $40m, this means it’s a decent financial success.
Star Adrien Brody has indicated he would like to return. “The idea of reprising the role and going farther into that character is interesting to me,” he said. “It would be exciting to watch a character progress or deteriorate. That’s exciting for an actor. I thoroughly enjoyed playing Royce.”
But would it be Adrien vs Predators 2? Not necessarily. Writer-producer Robert Rodriguez has enthused, “There are so many great ideas… Just following Laurence Fishburne’s character (Noland) around in a prequel would be a great movie. Just the tales he tells in this movie alone, I want to see those experiences”. This is unlikely to be the direction though, as Fishburne was one of the weaker elements of Predators.
Could Arnold Schwarzenegger return in a non-leading role? Well, actually, he might. Rodriguez was keen to have him re-introduced at the end of Predators, in a real crazy scene you can read here. The Governor’s “erratic schedule” meant he couldn’t free up the time for filming. But when the Predators sequel rolls around, Arnie will no longer be in office. (Rodriguez also wanted Danny Glover in the role that eventually went to Laurence Fishburne).

have royce and the girl feel like there being led home to earth when the super predators capture them in the space ship and take them to the futre ultimate hunting resurve ‘EARTH’ predators destroy the citys they plant weird alien seeds into the ground trees size of skye scrappers start to grow over the rubble city.the predators hunt the people this time on a much bigger scale predators also close off all comunication to the other citys.
the army trying to fight off the predators led by the retired army cheif dutch who has been re introduced because he has heird of these weird alien ‘mother f**kers’ before have him and royce talk about there differant incounters royce tells dutch they arent the same predators as before.
To make the game more interesting the supre predators not only brought the humans from the resurve but also a tribe of classic predators to hunt the humans but little do the classic predators know they are also being hunted.so its gonna be classic predator hunts humans supre predators hunt classic predators and humans the classics and the supres then have a hudge face off to prove which blood group is superior.
Honestly I think keep the two characters from the first that survived, and have Arnold drop into the world like they did. Arnold a pretty bad ass dude && can fight awesomely next to Royce && isabelle, Arnold has beaten them before he can do it again.!! Have awesome fights scenes moments that make your heart race just as fast as there’s are. Make the ending something awesome no one would except but something that makes sense but shocks you.! I’m a huge fan of all the alien && predator movies so literally if this movie gets made imma be super excited.!!
Oh you should also have that bad ass chick from the first Alien vs predator get dropped there to she’s strong as hell && one brave guy. I hope I’ve been some help good luck in everything you do.! I know either way you’ll make this movie awesome.!! <3
I personally think the best story line would be to set up a storyline with the off spring of Arnold and Danny Glover. Have cameos with both of them talking to their kids (like an opening sequence, then Arny and Danny disappear basically) that are some kind of elite operatives from some form of government. The point it is that the predators know these where the toughest humans they ever faced and killing the off spring from these guys would mean legend status to which ever predator killed them. I think this would bring back the original audience with the new audience.
For my money, the Predator movies has always been about location, location, location. First – the jungle. Second – the city. Thirdly – their homeworld. Where can we go from here? How about a story on one of there warships – they must have enemies in space to….
Would love to see a 2nd predators with same character and more humans being dropped onto the planet would also like to see more aliens that the predators hunt on the planet to crossing paths with the humans like the silvery grey one in predators also a film on predators home planet would be amazing too all I say is keep making predator fyilms they absolutly kick ass y
I want the lost predators from predator 2 to come back you know the ones on the ship: boar predator, elder predator, stalker predator, shadow predator, shaman predator, lost hunter, lost predator, ram predator, gaurdian predator. i want them to go up against the super predators and i want the super preds to have some new sweet masks and weapons, but the girl gets killed and then its adrien brody and arnie in the middle of this war and there is no way out!!!!!
they really need to make the sequel and always keep it apart from the rest!!
hey guys. sorry to burst your bobble. but the whole (alien vs predator) thing worked just once. the second one made me want to lay down on the road and die. i would probably watch it anyway. but i still dont think we should mix these creatures again. lets stay sterile for a while until the coast is clear lol.
brody and alice should return. brody wants to. i dont know about alice though. but lets just kidnap her and finish this mess xD.
i dont want any (move forward in time) i want it to stay correct. start from where we left off. not weeks later. and for gods sake. let the movie last a little longer. 2 hours worked for aliens. so lets make it longer as well. i would love to see some more connecting moments between alice’s charecter and brody’s.
love & hate. wouldnt hurt to see some friendly fire. not like an accedent. but they decide to go seperate ways. not necesarely alice and brody. but the new ones aswell.
and guys, lets not make any new creatures xD. some of you wanted creatures from varieties of planets. seriously guys. we already made star wars. what i would love to see is arnold and sigourney weaver in the same movie. they dont even have to have their original roles. it would be impossible ether way. since sigourney is a couple of 100 years older xD. the alien movies was in the future.
so lets put them in it. let us have back a glimps of the glorious days. lt.ripley using a firethrower to burn a predator and then die. and arnold covered in mud haha.

So far from what i have seen of the the predators is, that when they lose to a human that human earns the respect of all the predators who know it happend, most giving a gift or trophy to the human. So i doubt a supperior predator race would do any less, they would do more i would think.
So if you were hunted on a alien planet and you killed the hunters what would you think a advanced trophy taking civ do, take you home id say. at the end of the predators movie you hear a snarl i believe was a onlooking predator as royce and Issi walk away. i really don’t think they would attk them both wounded, stove to hell and most importantly Weaponless!!
So with that being said i would like to see the predators net them take them to another ship Give them a weapon out of their personal collection as a trophy and sign of respect, And tell them “they are taking them home.” Eventually! but firs they take them to the lesser predators cities and earth and as another sick reward but in the Predators eyes a great honor for worthy Hunters, they bear witness to the carnage as another group, Clansmen to the beserker, falconer, and tracker, But a bigger and older group of advanced predators captures new prey human and predator only taking the chosen warriors they want to hunt and killing all the companions of the chosen in the process, on both the predator home world and earth this would be a hunt before the hunt showing the process of selecting prey by the predators and a good chance for some new kick ass weapons to appear!!! So we can all be awesruck again like we were by the city hunters new toys in predator 2.
i think this could work well, do remember in predators when they said,
“I was in Combat i saw a bright light and i woke up falling.”
Well i wonder what happend to their team in combat and their enemies, i doubt the predators would spare any. lol, and as the plot thinckens before they leave royce and issie and take their prey to the hunters moon That damn Isabell makes royce once again realise he has a consience after all (again) and can’t let these soldiers, a profession he respects 1000% get taken and hunted without knowing what is going on. her argument to him,
“No one deserves that!” So as the cargo is sleeping royce and issie escape from their guard/escort on the ship, they wake the cargo leading to a all out war on a earth parked ship with about 8 advanced predators on it and we get to see the ultimate hunter get ambushed for a change right we could even see a classic predator fighting alongside of the humans because of Royce’s Name being echo’d all over the predators home world for Releasing a predator prisoner and killing the beserker on the hunters moon. they all know him and respect him now. Many will die but who or what, and what will or who will survive?
Just think We could see their home world and another earth movie all in one, i would love to see something like this, I think Nolan/Fishburn was not returned home is because he hid and he was a dishonerable scavenger and he didn’t fight like royce so they didn’t like him and didn’t respect him leading to his bug on a windshield death. Notice they didn’t even want his skull/skin/bones nothing! he was vaporised, or liquidized lol.
i think it would make a hell of a movie and have many new things us predator fans want to see all in one.
What about the last two survivors and another group come in contact with a predator prince and his pack fighting super predators and the prince gets beheaded and the emporer takes a fleet to the reserve to end the fued and the super predators sends a fleet too and amongst the fighting a new creature emerges and hunts the predators and the humans ending in the survivors escaping and the prdators blowing up the planet
Honestly it they should keep the movie pretty simple and not be to elaborate. I believe we should finally get to see a female Predators…maybe in some form of a type of worrior queen…and maybe the idea tossed around the idea that the right to bread or mate is a driving force in the conflict within the types of predators….also I don’t think Arnolds character (Dutch) should have a large role…rather religate it to a similar role as Fishburnes character(Roland)….it shouldn’t pick up emediately with Royce & Isabel….it should start with a whole different group . And royce and Isabel join them midstream …and lastly there is a lot to be said about continuity between these films…they should connect the dots better in this film in regards to Wayland Yutani corp…the predators home world …..and also they need to get back to the basics they are are enemies…no ill scratch your back if you scratch mine crap…the idea came from the 2nd predator film when Danny Glovers character was rewarded the flint lock style pistol for defeating that predator…an furthered in AVP when Sani Lathans character got together with a predator and tag teamed the Zenomorph queen….I’d like to see them loose that aspect of it and go back to the first pradotor films idea….us against them..and a pred would blow himself an us up before helping a human….
Throw anna ( elpidia carrillo) and dutch (Schwarzenegger ) and danny glover all predator survivors…that would be awesome

Tbh classic predators were the originals and personally my favourite, I wanna see them become the superior predator race, best scenario for me
they should stay on the hunting planet and find a way off hopefully by ship and maybe in truduce a female predator in the next film there are no female predators what so ever introduce 1 the rest ill leave up to the directer
