– Steven Seagal once broke Sean Connery’s wrist.
– After ‘Jaws’ and ‘Close Encounters of the Third Kind’, Steven Spielberg desperately wanted to direct a James Bond film. He approached the producers. They said no.
– Kiefer Sutherland has a twin sister, who looks just like him but with lipstick on.
– River Pheonix’s real name was River Bottom. Ice-T’s first name is Tracy. John Wayne’s was Marion.
– If you take into account inflation in ticket price, ‘Tootsie’ made more than ‘Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone’. ‘Blazing Saddles’ made double the amount of ‘Terminator 2’. And ‘American Graffiti’ made more than ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest’.

The movie District Nine was set in my hometown, “the City of Gold” – Johannesburg South Africa. The ramshackle Alien dwellings and neighbourhood were not specially constructed sets. These were homes simply rented from the “squatter” community which has grown up around every large city in South Africa.
Depressing.

Marlon Wayans was supposed to play Robin in the third Batman film.

Kevin Smith was going to write and direct The Green Hornet
And Jack Black was supposed to play Green Lantern.
I hope whoever proposed Jack Black as Green Lantern is now working in a different profession.
Am I the only one who’s picked up on the fact that it’s Harry Potter and the PHILOSOPHER’S stone?
It had different titles depending on which country you’re in.
What movie did Arnold win his Golden Globe award for?
It’s not hard at all to believe that Steven Seagal broke Sean Connery’s wrist…he is a 7th Dan Aikido master.
And it’s called “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone”. It was changed to Sorcerer’s Stone in the US only because they didn’t think Americans could understand what Philosopher’s Stone meant.
