I’m sure its a good movie, but I heard a lot of the stuff in here isn’t true. I’ll save this for netflix.
@Joker – There are parts of the story that aren’t proven, rather they are the book’s author adding in something vaguely likely and dramatic to fill it a gap that couldn’t easily be plugged otherwise, since Zuckerberg didn’t want to be interviewed. eg There’s reportedly a scene of Zuckerberg breaking into a building that probably never happened.
Pretty much every biopic is filled with these sorts of inaccuracies, for the sake of dramatic license or because there was lack of access. Don’t let it put you off seeing the movie. It looks beautifully shot and must be pretty impressive on the big screen.
@Movie Preview Critic – Agreed, it is an amazing trailer. Arguably the best of the year. Poster is great too, very striking.
