New Scream 4 Trailer

New Scream 4 Trailer
The first trailer was released back in October (what a strange time to begin building hype for a horror movie), and now the second one is running in a fast waddle towards you, wiggling a knife.

October’s Trailer –

New Trailer –

The first was the suspense trailer, while this is the fun one. It would seem that the sense of humour from the original movie is making a comeback, which is good news.

The only question is, how can Scre4m survive in this modern age of horror? After all, the reason that horror exists in all its forms nowadays – from PG-13s like Prom Night, to the laugh-riots of the hyper-violent Saw franchise – is because the original Scream shattered all those boundaries. Will it work? We’ll find out in April.

I refuse to watch any more than the first trailer until the movie comes out. I’ve been looking forward to this for nearly ten years and I’d rather be surprised, especially when it’s a mystery story.

Loved the second trailer. Excellent blend of comedy and horror. I hope this shatters the horror box office and reviews.

That mask is just not scary. Not particularly excited about this but it does look decent from the second trailer.

But have slasher really got more blood thirsty? Coz the old ones included The prowler, MBV, The Intruder and the New York Ripper.
Scream 4 looks fine and it will be interesting to see how they link it to the first three and what the twist will be. But if it’s just some dopey kid emulating the first scream pattern, I will fling my pop corn at the screen in a huff!
