3 Snow Whites & The 21 Dwarves

Fairy Tales are hot right now. They’re like, the new board games.
Okay, so, Red Riding Hood is coming up from the director of Twilight, starring Amanda Seyfried. Hansel and Gretel: With Hunters is also gearing up, starring Gemma Arterton and Jeremy Renner. I’m sorry, Academy Award nominee Jeremy Renner. And now, in addition to Universal’s Snow White and the Huntsman and Relativity’s The Brothers Grimm: Snow White, Disney are developing Snow and the Seven.
That’s right, not one, not two, but three movies about the same fairy tale are in the pipeline. Hollywood logic at its finest. If it’s hot right now, or we think it might be hot soon, then we have to have one. Even if it’s the EXACT SAME ONE. This takes the whole Dueling Movies thing to a whole new level. This is madness!
Snow White and the Huntsman is set to star Kristen Stewart, Viggo Mortensen and Charlize Theron; The Brothers Grimm: Snow White is to be directed by Tarsem; and Disney’s new spin on the tale sees Snow White visiting Hong Kong. Do any of these float our boat? I expect Tarsem’s will be something special. Well, as special as it can be in this situation…

My question is, is three movies enough?
The Brothers Grimm: Snow White sounds like a sequel to The Brothers Grimm. I presume it’s not.
They should set Snow White in japan. Then you could have Snow White and the Seven Samurai
All this Snow White talk and the fact that Stewart is associated with at least one of the films, has already made me 100% uninterested.
The only one I might see is the Grimm Brothers version depending on how it turns out.
yeah, Stewart being included in the cast made me uninterested too.
