Vin Diesel has shared a bit of concept art from the currently-in-development Riddick sequel on his Facebook page.

The last Riddick movie, The Chronicles of Riddick, attempted to movie away from the Alien-inspired action-horror of the first film, Pitch Black, and venture into more epic space opera territory. The next instalment allegedly goes back to basics and sees Riddick stranded on a planet fighting off hordes of nasty critters. And judging by the art, this time he has a puppy! Everyone loves puppies, even half-bat, half-wolf ones. You can read the message Vin Diesel had for his Facebook fans below:
