Jared Padalecki is to play one of the leads in the upcoming Friday The 13th remake. Given you rarely get a male hero in a slasher movie, even money is on him getting a machete up the ass before the end credits.
You may recognise Jared Padalecki from such classics as Cheaper By the Dozen (Bully, uncredited) Supernatural, House of Wax, New York Minute, Flight of the Phoenix and Gilmore Girls.
Michael Bay’s production (shudder) will jump straight into the hockey looney hacking and slicing his way through teens. So a few questions need answering:
1) Why does he have the mask? He didn’t get it until Part 3 last time.
2) Why has everyone forgotten about Jason’s mother? Sigh. They deserve Drew Barrymore’s fate.
3) Will we ever be able to get past Jason In Space?
