Well, it certainly looks fantastic enough. The CGI looks surprisingly decent given the iffy effects in 300 and the mood is clearly set to “dark”. Next year we’ll finally find out if Alan Moore’s highly regarded comic book can transfer to the screen as well as V For Vendetta.

The question on my mind is the very simple “does it have a story, or just SFX?”.
I do really like the imagery/style.
Well, the comic is amazing. the story is all interpersonal angst, history, and satire. Brilliant. And since he captured the feel and look SO WELL apparently, it gives me hope for the screenplat.
This trailer played before the Dark Knight last night, and the theater had a collective orgasm.
I’m not even joking, I really think that’s what happened.
