Thor Is Cast
18.05.09 # 17:29 # News # 3 CommentsAfter months of to-ing and fro-ing, the Norse God of Thunder in Kenneth Branagh’s upcoming Marvel Thor movie has been cast. It is *not* wrestler Triple H as was previously rumoured (he can’t act!) No, it is this man:

Chris Hemsworth!
You may be asking yourself, “Who on earth is this Mister Hemsworth? I am not familiar with such an actor. Why is he Thor?”
Well, you with the snooty thought process, this man is currently on screens in a brief role as Captain Kirk Snr in JJ Abrams’ Star Trek reboot. He’s also currently filming for Joss Whedon’s Cabin in the Woods and will be the leading man in the yet-to-be-shot Red Dawn. If that’s not enough, he was only in Home and Away for, like, a hundred and seventy episodes.
This is good news for the long-delayed superhero flick. Expect more casting announcements in the coming weeks.

I pictured Thor as being a tad more God Like… no some skinny little emo from Home And Away
well thats a dissapointment. And i was looking foward to seeing this flick and the avengers but i won’t hold my breath for those two now.
This sucks!!THOR has to be of Scandanavian descent.100% blond he’s got to have a body close to a John Cena and have an attitude!
