David Goyer, who co-wrote The Dark Knight (but unfortunately also wrote and directed Blade Trinity) has a new horror baby in utero, it’s called The Unborn and, despite a standard premise, the imagery from this film could go down in the horror annals.

One of the hot girls from Cloverfield plays a hot girl in this film as well, only this time she has an unborn twin who is haunting her.

There is standard “OMG I opened the door and there was a creepy little boy!” footage, but also some deeply disturbing images of her unborn twin ripping into her stomach, a dog with a mask, and a lizardy, toothy, demon-like creature that looks like the Resident Evil films SHOULD have looked like.

And, yes, you heard me right … a dog with a mask. And Gary Oldman is in it as well. What more do you need?
