So, new trailer, new poster. Something tells me that Warner are going to try and enslave the entire world in a marketing strategy that’s bigger and more engrossing than that of The Dark Knight.

This new poster is based on an event very early on in the comics, but we’re not going to spoil it here. It could be someone falling to their death, or it could be a flying window repairman on his way up to a job.

With its almost frame-exact recreation, will Watchmen end up trying so hard to be faithful to the comics that it alienates those who haven’t read it? Probably not, but I like to throw seeds of doubt out there.
