Megan reminds me so much of Demi Levato for some reason.
Hey I am kinda new to MM but I shal be returning again and again amd again….cool site keep it up….oh and buy the way are you hiring? hahahah ….no serious are you? are you?…..how about $1500 dollars you can lend me so I can get a car that will help me find work….public transportation is getting old and I always wind up giving my spare change away …I just cant say no to someone when I think they might be hungry. cool site
AMPworx, $1500 a reader is entirely reasonable.
heeheehee maybe I should have asked for $2000 lol….again I say cool site
I saw on mandy.com you are looking for a writer. So I guess it’s $1500 is not out of the question. LOL. I really believe that someone needs to come up with a top ten of the worst movies to watch in a theatre. I have alot of suggestions for that list. But if you are still hiring, then I will put my hand up.
Hi G, Sure if you want to send me a short sample review or article using the e-mail address at the top of the page we’ll take a look.
Looking to see if y’all needed a writer. I love this site and would love posting what i know for all to read.
Eric V.
Thanks Eric. Drop us a sample review : sheridanpassell[at]hotmail.com
Would love to do some writing on this site as well. I don’t really care if I get paid or not. Movies inspire me everyday and is a part of my daily life! I am an aspiring journalist with an edge. I feel like I’d be a great fit for the site. When I’m not out saving the world, I’m researching the latest releases, behind the scenes, reviews and comments. Let me know how to apply! Thanks 🙂
I refer to your site quite often and I was just curious about something. Do you pay to see these movies on your free time or do the movie companies send over a copy for you to review? Just wondering. Thanks!
For top 10s/guides I just pay to watch them, but if it’s a full-length review of a cinema release then we’re invited by a PR firm (working for a film distributor) to go to a press screening (which is free). We almost never get discs sent over, but sometimes for indie films we’re offered a link to a site where we can watch the movie online (never a great viewing experience).
Hi, I just found your website and so grateful! I’m a horror movie fanatic and was having a hard time finding anything worth watching on Netflix, but will be taking your advice on the movies you listed.
By the way, I might have a movie in mind that you have not seen. It’s a 2009 Australian horror/thriller sleeper called The Loved Ones. It stars Xavier Samuel and Robin McLeavy. Really shook me up! Loved it. Used to be on Netflix but it has disappeared. Wish they would put it back on. I would love to see it again.
Thanks for your website!
Just found your site and love it. Great reviews. Well laid out, thoughtful and insightful. 10 / 10
Thanks. That’s very kind.
Hi, boys!
Just came across your website and wanted to say THANK YOU for all your great efforts!
It ROCKS!
With love from Austria
Elisabeth
Thanks Elisabeth 🙂
How about getting a Scottish-based writer. You’ll have noticed that Coen Brothers are allowing the Glasgow Film Festival to screen George Clooney’s latest, “Hail Caesar” to make its UK premiere there? Maybe you haven’t . . .
Dear Mr. Moron, JUST JOKING!
I adore you(Sheridan Passell) to pieces and cannot Thank You enough for your Reviews and Suggestions.
I am a Horror Movie fanatic and have been watching a great deal of seriously twisted Horror Movies from Asia.
Please, check out “Laddaland” from Thailand. Great Ghost/Paranormal Movie.
I would soooooooooo love it if you wrote some Top Picks for Asian Horror and Thrillers. (if you have already, my apologies then!)
Thank you for your terrific site,
Alexis
Thanks Alexis, that’s very kind. Glad it’s been of use! I went through a phase of intensely watching Asian horror, triggered by ‘Ringu’, but I have to admit I’ve taken my eye off the ball in recent years. I’m sure you’ve already seen the likes of ‘Audition’ – one of the most twisted films I’ve watched from any part of the world. The trailer for ‘Laddaland’ looks good, not least the creepy “corpse balloon” pressed up against the ceiling, I’ll need to put it on the watch list and report back. There are a few new writers starting shortly so I’ll have a chat with them and see if we can fill in this gap, would be fun to get into again. All the best.
Sheridan,
This is the year to redo the website brother!
Hope things are well man.
Haha, you’re probably right. Needs a spruce up. Great to hear from you. Best to you and the family.
Looking forward to the 2017 Horror Movie section! It’s currently my go-to page in that regard.
Keep up the good work and have a great year!
Great to hear. Good news then that this year’s guide should post tomorrow. I will continue updating last year’s since there was a late run of strong titles in December that need tracking down! All the best to you.
Ha! Published it on Friday 13th, eh? I see what you did there 😉
Do let me know when you finish updating the 2016 page, as I seem to not be getting e-mail notifications, even though I subscribed.
Yes somewhat coincidental, somewhat deliberate! Will look into the notifications issue.
Hello there, I would like to know if I could contribute to your resource by offering my piece of writing. Please e-mail me soon. Thanks!
