Hardly surprising things move just that bit faster in the world of Sylvester Stallone. After all, when you’re a man of as many talents as Admiral Pork Shoulder then there are scarcely enough hours in the day to accomplish all that’s crying out to be accomplished (two words for you, people: Rambo 5). Hence why the casting updates for the Expendables sequel are coming thicker and faster than, well, Sly himself.

One of the reasons action movie throwback ‘The Expendables’ was a bit of a letdown was because the man most associated with the genre, Arnold Schwarzenegger, only made a brief cameo. Sure there was also the terrible script, laughable acting and delusion that anyone actually wants to see a bunch protein-guzzling pensioners compare pecs, but that’s nothing a little more Arnie wouldn’t have papered over.
