What, you mean we just have to put up the movies now – minus the preposterous sideshow? Pah! Still, controversy-courting Danish director Lars von Trier, most recently responsible for Melancholia, would seem to have a decent reason for his just-taken vow of media silence, what with French police having quizzed him over the extremely ill-advised remarks he made at the Cannes Film Festival back in May.
