Well the first one I ever saw was Rasing Arizona, and I have much respect for that one.  I have seen all the Coen Brothers films except Blood Simple, and my favorite one would have to be Fargo!!!

Yep defintely Fargo!!!!!!

Definitely like Fargo a lot. And No Country For Old Men was very good. If I had a choice, I'd probably watch Big Lebowski again though.

I haven't seen hardly any of their films, but Big Lebowski is definitely one of my all-time favorites just thanks to the quotability.

With me it was between The Big Lebowski and Fargo, I finally narrowed it down to Fargo,

So I totally feel both of your choices on Big Lebowski.

Tyler I think you should watch some more Coen Brother films!

here are some recommendations:

Rasing Arizona
No Country For Old MEn
O Brother Where Art Thou
Ladykillers
Miller's Crossing

I've seen Ladykillers, No Country, Lebowski, and O' Brother.  I've only seen parts of Raising Arizona.  But what I did see I really liked.

Coens Brothers tend to make films I either really like or just completely hate. Miller's Crossing was boring as hell, Intolerable Cruelty is the biggest piece of crap I've ever seen, but I've always loved Raising Arizona and the Big Lebowski and No Country For Old Men is very good too.

yeah Intolerable cruelty is not really all the way considered a Coen Brothers film because the story was like by three other people and two others helped Ethan Coen do the script, even though Joel directed it, in most cases its not labled an official Coen Brothers film.

Now have you seen The Hudsucker Proxy and Barton Fink?  What are you expecting from their new upcoming film Burn After Reading?

If you haven't seen it, here's the early critical response to Burn After Reading -

Miller's Crossing is my hands down favorite, though I adore all their films except Intolerable Cruelty, Ladykillers, and Burn After reading, which rate for me as Worst Shit Ever, Horrible With Some Good Parts, and Deeply Flawed Valiant Attempt.

T. Ross, Blood Simple will blow your mind. One scene is so good they actually ripped it off when they did Fargo, which I think is awesome.

yeah I really want to see Blood Simple! I was afraid that is was too poorly made, i mean the trailr for it looks like it had a low budget, but you say it will blow my mind and I believe you, i will defintely check it out soon! Thanks for the reccomendation!

Ladykillers?  That was the one movie of theirs I hated.  Big Lebowski, Barton Fink, Fargo and No Country are the best.  And O Brother, of course :-)

I saw it and I liked it a lot.

I also now own A Serious Man on blu-ray. I haven't seen it since last year in the theater. This was a pure blood Coen Brother's film.
