To start off, here's Robert Downey Jr on Wierd Science (1985):

"I defecated in [Kelly LeBrock's] trailer, much to the chagrin of Bill Paxton and Robert Rusler. It was a real bad scene. Joel Silver freaked. I never admitted it. Joel said, "Downey, did you do it?" and I said I wish I had. Because I'd been threatening everyone that if they didn't treat me right, I was going to take a dump in their trailer, or that I'd go take a shit in Joel's office, on his desk or something."

Love that Downey Jr quote, here's one from one of my favourite actors

"At the New York Athletic Club they serve amazing food. People go there, get healthy, and then eat themselves to death - which is, I suppose, the right way to do it." Oliver Reed

McG: "I don't think there's been a film I've made where there hasn't been some kind of physical fight. I've been headbutted by an A-list star. Square in the head. An inch later and my nose would have been obliterated. ...I probably shouldn't - but it was Bill Murray. Y'know, it's a passionate industry."
Bill Murray didn't return for Charlie's Angels 2.

Natalie Portman - “I'm going to college. I don't care if it ruins my career. I'd rather be smart than a movie star.”

Megan Fox On Transformers 2 -

Mickey Rourke (1994) -

"I'll be real honest, I'll never be a calibre fighter. I know that, I've come to terms with that. But you take Alec
Baldwin and Daniel Day Lewis and Kevin Costner and all them. Put me in something with those guys, I'll
eat their assholes."

"I met Warren Beatty once, I thought this is one of the creepiest puke asses I've ever met in my life. I've got
more respect for my old friend who's a shoemaker."

-- Joss Whedon responds to a fan's question:
"What led you to cast [Alan Tudyk] in such a villainous role?"
"I've met him?"

While Sandra Bullock was working with Hugh Grant on Two Weeks Notice she was dating Ryan Gosling. She was 38, he was 22.

Hugh Grant: "[I called him] The Child. I'd do the sound of a baby crying and she'd know who I meant."

It was late one night, a few years ago, when a young man was walking through Union Square Park. He suddenly felt someone behind him, their hands over his eyes. When he turned in surprise, there was Bill Murray, his creased face leaning in close. Bill whispered, "No one is ever going to believe you," and then just walked away.
