As far as I know (could be wrong), this is straight to dvd. Which sets off alarm bells as to its quality. (If it was any good it would be getting a theatrical release).

Horrible title, horrible dialog ("no gun can kill a spirit gone bad" and "slipping an incendiary note under my windshield is an invitation to war") and I'm sorry, no matter how pissed a woman gets, she's not going to drive a lug wrench through a skull. It just feels forced. Women revenge movies rarely work when it comes to physical violence, much better when it's psychological. The Brave One suffered a similar problem.

I might be wrong on the straight to dvd, but I think that's what I heard.
Executive Producer as a credit means very little, it's really the Hollywood equivalent of a 'thank you'. Maybe he forwarded the script onto someone, or got Kim Basinger to agree to be in it, something like that.

This actually a theater release, it came out last Friday Dec. 12th, but not theater in my city is playing it? WTF?
