I cannot wait for this movie to come out! To all you Platinum Dunes haters that are mad about this movie remake, I feel soory for you that you wont enjoy this badass movie coming out, it will be one of the BEST Friday The 13th films EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My heart sank when I saw the five of them in that car partying on the road - why does every horror film have to have that scene? Why can't they be councillors, or locals, or something other than models on a frikkin road trip?

The fact they've now cut the mother segment from the movie (recently announced), and are concentrating entirely on this collection of people is truly disappointing. What could have been an unconventional story is now strictly by the numbers.

I much preferred the previous two trailers.

It seems like they are taking some elements from part 4, Like all the kids going on a trip, and the guy on a search for his missing sister. If they are going to reimage scenes from part 4, then hopefully they remake this scene.....

Agreed that the first couple of trailers were better.  I still can't wait to see it.  I'm even having a Friday the 13th party before a bunch of us head out.  I'm expecting maybe one other person besides myself to show up.

By taking elements from the first few sequels what they are intending is to take various 'milestones,' such as Jason wearing the bag, then the hockey mask, but no specific characters or scenes will be recreated.  Shame, coz Crispin Glover was hilarious in The Final Chapter.
