you gotta see 'em t-ross, they're essentials! haven't seen all of the ghibli movies yet but i'm tryna work my way thru, spirited away is pretty dmn good, saw porco rosso and totoro just recently too, all of them are pretty amazing in their own way


I defiently will soonm thanks for the recomendations! So have you seen Miyazaki's NausicaA in the Valley of the Wind? If not you got too!!!!!!!!!!!

3. The Empire Strikes Back



The Shining is so good! That is my favorite Kubrick film! Empire Strikes Back is my favorite Star wars flick! I have never heard of Lawerance of Arabia, I will have to look into it!

props for having no qualms abput putting ghostbusters on a list with schindler's list! still dying to see requiem for a dream, i loved the fountain and pi was pretty cool. plus, jennifer connelly!

Ha I love Ghostbusters, Awesome pic! What is it about it that makes you like it so much? And Requiem is so good! I have never seen Schindler's List.

I Love You, Man and Shaun of the Dead are neck and neck for first.And third would have to be 8 Seconds. That might be my Tennessee coming out but what can I say.

I can't think of a definitive top 3. My number 1 is 'Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai' though. I'm a big fan of Jim Jarmusch (did my final dissertation on him at uni) and this film just holds a special place in my heart. I can't quite explain why it's my favourite film, I just know it it.  It was actually the first DVD I ever bought as well. 

2. I'll go for '2001: A Space Odyssey'. Kubrick is my favourite director and 2001 is the pinnacle of his work. I actually think it's the greatest film of all time.

3. Can't quite decide. I'll be back.

P.S That doesn't mean 'The Terminator' is my third favourite film, it just means i'll finish the list later.
