There were three names in comedy last year that completely owned the screen like Clive Owen owns frowning. They were, Judd Apatow, Seth Rogen and Micheal Cera. This film stars two of them.
Adam Sandler (NO, WAIT, COME BACK! HE'S NOT DOING ANYTHING STUPID!) is an aging comedian faced with a difficult problem: he's going to die. But after he's said his goodbyes and groomed a young up-and-comer (Seth Rogen) to take his place, he is cured and has to start living all over again.
This could go either way. It might be a really funny story of a man learning to live with himself, or it could be a bittersweet dramedy. And that word is totally lame.
Plus, Adam Sandler... acting straight... "Hello, Satan? Is the heating still on?"
