Like Lord of the Rings, it had to come to an end one day; the final Harry Potter instalment is now set to be released in the summer of 2011, according to BBC online.
The geeky looking boy wizard will be waving his wand and donning the broomstick for the last time in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, due to be released on July 15th.
JK Rowling’s seventh book in the Harry Potter series was split into two movies by Warner Brothers after deciding it was too difficult to fit all 608 pages in one film.
Harry Porter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 will be released on the 19th November 2010.
And don’t forget about Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince; the movie date was pushed back by eight months to “guarantee the studio a major summer blockbuster”, according to Warner Bros president Alan Horn. It will be released in July this year.
