I know I'm alone in this, but I'm deeply unimpressed by what I'm seeing. The plot looks horrible, far worse than the first one. You can tell Bay outlined it himself (which he did). Ancient symbols in pyramids is such hackery (eg Aliens vs Predators). There's far too much Megan Fox, who is a horrible actress, and Shia is getting on my nerves. Is "Smells like $40,000 a year" really the funniest line in the movie? If a group of my friends visited a college and somebody said it, it wouldn't even get a smirk.

not as good as the tease, but i think it'll be just as good as the first film. it was a straigtforward macguffin thing first time around and they've gone for the same again, only instead of the all spark it's shia laboueouef
