At first, I was annoyed. I would have to wait another half a year to see the best Harry Potter book brought to the screen by David Yates, the best director the series has had thus far (controversial statement of the day). Then I woke up and realised: this gives Warner another half a year to get their promotions in gear.

And so today's gears have spat out not one, not two, but six posters for the sixth installment in the franchise, Harry Potter and the Murder on the Hogwarts Express. Each poster shows a member of the main cast looking increasingly moody/ homosexual, but it's always nice to see Malfoy finally getting a bigger role. This is, after all, his show. CHECK IT!

Ha Ha I have never seen any of them. My little sister reads the books, she said the movies are as good as the bookls.

Easily the best franchise today and in recent memory. Only time I've seen the films be consistently better than the books.

bourne has one good installment and two shitty Fox network-style remakes.

Lotr is fantastic, but not NEARLY as good an adaptation as Potter. Films 3-5 have been progressively better, more nuanced, with great acting, tight stories, and incredible art direction and sfx. Easily the best continuous story out there in terms of film. Nothing really comes close.

LOTR vs Harry Potter is a tough comparison, they both do what they need to do at the very highest level. I've really enjoyed the Harry Potter series but they have taken two books too many to tell the story, it has been dragged out to an extreme. And now the last book they are splitting into two movies.

I'll agree that making the final book into two films was a dumb idea (one movie is going to be very slow and boring), but I will take my stand against LotR. Hate them so much.
