A full Salvation Report will be coming shortly, but this is a breaking development that takes obvious precedence! Arnold Fan Nico sends us links from time to time from very obscure corners of the web, and this time he may have just found the first image of Arnold in Terminator Salvation! We can't verify its authenticity, but for what it's worth, here it is It seems to have been taken in a screening room and is obviously blurry, cell phone quality, but it's unmistakably young looking Arnold in front of one of the endo-assembler thingys that we've seen in other images! Enjoy it while we are able to show it! BIG thanks to Nico for sending it to us! http://www.thearnoldfans.com/news/1441.htm

They're spoiling so much about this movie, I hope they keep this under wraps.

Oh yeah, there has been much toing and froing on whether Arnold would agree, given his political status. It's not clear what happened in the end, nobody knows. I suspect he did agree but this picture is a fake, but that's a hunch based on not very much.

Too late, I reckon I have the whole plot figured out from them spoiling it all piece by piece. Anyone want me to run through it?
Here we go.
John Connor is not the leader yet, we are shown the tough way of life he leads in the resistance camp/convoy, and how edgy he is, having inherited his mother's psychological problems (she was in a mental ward remember). He recounts/narrowly avoids a big rounding up of humans/genocide.
Meanwhile Marcus wakes up somewhere asking "What day is it, what year?", his last memory is being on death row, meets up with a young Reece and the two of them head back to camp, on the way a giant robot is harvesting people, including, I think, a blonde Helena Bonham Carter.
They get back to camp, there is a big attack, the leader dies, Connor steps up to the plate, he's not sure if he can do it. Especially as the future is not exactly what he was expecting/trained for.
Marcus is wounded being a hero in the attack and when he wakes up, he realises he is a robot because of his injuries, doesn't know why he's a robot, and doesn't feel like one. John Connor instantly hates him because of past associations, and is paranoid.
Hearing they are harvesting humans, John Connor and Marcus (who earns his trust after saving his life when a helicopter goes down in a lake filled with tenticle-like terminators) head from the desert to the city remains and the factory to try and rescue someone and/or stop the Terminators developing human skin/appearance.
They find Helena Bonham Carter and she helps them, but in fact it is too late, she is a Terminator with human skin. There they see the Arnold model. Marcus will find out how he was made and what happened to the real him - he'll be angry about it.
In the original version, John Connor is killed here and Marcus wears his skin and pretends to be him from here on in order to keep the beacon of hope alive. As this ending was changed late in the day it'll likely be a conventional outcome, if they're really lame they'll just kill off Marcus. If they write a more clever twist Marcus will find he is still alive (his original human self), despite his last memory being on death row.

Terry Crews Confirms Arnold's Terminator Salvation Cameo?I promise this is the absolute last time we'll bring this up until Terminator Salvation has actually hit theaters. We've heard endless rumors about Arnold Schwarzenegger's appearance in the upcoming Terminator movie, but nothing has been confirmed. However, MTV is claiming that it's actor Terry Crew who has finally said for sure that Arnold is in Terminator. "There are a lot of guys in that movie. I mean, Terminator 4 is very big," Crews says. Obviously! His answers to their questions were a bit short, but if we're to believe MTV and Crews, it seems as if Arnold really is going to show up in Terminator.
Not only is Crews supposed to show up in Terminator Salvation, but he was just cast in Stallone's The Expendables as well. And as for Arnold appearing in that, too, Crews says the same. "I am not at liberty to discuss what kind of cameo it is [in The Expendables], but I know for a fact he wants to be down," Crews told MTV. "Arnold and I did a movie together a long time ago called The 6th Day. Arnold and I are cool; he's the best." So there you have it, as long as all this turns out to be true, and we can trust what Terry Crews has to say, then this will be the year we see Arnold return to the big screen, even if it's just for a minute.
