TrailerAddict has a featurette, presented by Ron Howard, Vatican City is the subject at hand and the main location for the film.

It's surprising that Howard chose to return to the franchise, what with having avoided them before and the somewhat undesirable critical reception that previous Dan Brown adaptation The Da Vinci Code received, but the new film does look promising.
