I wish that was real. Actually I don't - I used to get so nervous doing live TV, now I get equally nervous for other people.

I was a researcher on The Wright Stuff years ago, which is live. I was there when he accidentally named John Leslie as the man who sexually assaulted Ulrika Johnsson. That was quite a day. And I worked on Jerry Springer which wasn't live, but was shot as live.

Oh that John Leslie gaf must've been stomach churning and what was Springer like, he comes across as a bit of a righteous knob.

And I'm sure I've asked you this before but what do you do now?

I've (somehow) worked with Trisha, Jeremy Kyle and Springer. Springer is very laid back, rolls in at the last minute having spent the night with someone who was not his wife, walks out on stage with no idea who the guests are and just bluffs his way through it. The notes I used to write were pointless. I had to wind up the guests though so they would attack each other, that was something of an art form.

Right at the moment I'm working for ITV's comedy department.
