This should certainly make for a very interesting top-ten...

I will start the ball rolling here with my choice...

The giant rubber dildo, used to beat someone to death, in Guy Ritchie's Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998)

Now, I ask this to anyone who cares to listen, can you think of anything to rival this?

Go on, give us your opinion, you know you want to!

Hahaha!! Yes!  I would also say the T.V. through the face was pretty awesome as well!

This is a good start guys!

As the Top Ten starts to take shape, strange visions are taking place in my head...

Dildo vs Ballpoint Pen

TV vs Peanut

I can't wait for more suggestions, keep them coming people!

Pencil in Dark Knight.

Electric toothbrush can't remember the name of the cheesy flick.

Girl in sleeping bag in Jason X then girl in sleeping bag is hit against tree unitl dead. One of the funniest killings I have ever seen.

I've always wanted to see a good kill with a wine bottle ...

otherwise, the dicing in Cube, the vein rip in Freddy 3, the plane explosion in Final Destination 1, and the end of Old Yeller.

The basketball from Deadly Friend.  And I suppose the entire last twenty minutes of Dead Alive has a whole slew of options.  We've got a lawnmower, garden gnome, garden shears, light bulb, and even a blender.
