So it's not at all clever, original or even remotely chilling - could be something to do with its bland direction or the incredible number of bikini shots on display.
Is horror going the kid-friendly route? With
Prom Night tearing up nothing but shadows last year and now this, it seems that there is a definite division in the fear flick field right now. Adults who want actual horror films have to deal with over the top torture porn like
Saw,
Hostel or anything by Rob Zombie, while the rest of the field gets watered down for the big bucks kiddie market.

The trailer feels chilling, thanks to an interesting take on the premise leading the images, while Terry O'Quint's award-winning performance is genuinely brilliant. And not a single half-covered breast on display.
