Great review guys. 4 minutes of pure electricity. Who'd have thought Kidman would work so well as a cold-hearted ice queen?...

I want to watch a film with you guys and then hang around in the street at (I guess) 2 o'clock in the morning - That's just the kind of thing I want to do.

I have not read the books...yet...It's not because I haven't had an opportunity, because I have, it just seems like a lot of effort.  I suppose being made to read Paradise Lost a couple of years ago for Uni sort of crushed my appetite for huge books.  Anyway, I don't plan on seeing the film before reading the books, I've been warned that it may ruin my idea of the characters in the book, and I suppose that is possible.

Having said that, I might just watch the film first anyway, because I am weak and can't handle Uni work plus large novels!

Nobody could drag my carcass to the theater to watch this travesty . . . good to know my assumptions were correct.
