This simply must be posted.  In the near-future Japan, people gain the ability to grow weapons from their wounds.  These "mutants" are called engineers.  They wreak havoc on the world and are hunted down by special cops.  Gratuitous violence and gore ensues.



Looks like a worthy companion to Machine Girl.

That possibility actually has crossed my mind a few times before.  I will have to devise a strategy which allows me to both attend this festival, and at the same time keep up the image of "starving college student".  Could be a bit rough.
