That Internet one... actually thought it looked ok when the trailer started...sort of like an updated Hackers....until the main theme of the movie hit home.
This is a rip-off, of many different texts, the most notable as far as I am concerned is one of my favourite books - 'Popcorn' by Ben Elton.
And that is just not on!!!
The worst part is that they have taken a perfectly good idea and then ruined it by turning it into something incredibly silly.
I thought about writing a screenplay based on that book I mentioned, Popcorn, but what I would never do is take a relatively insignificant part of that story and attempt to turn it into a film, that screams of idiocy to me.

Yes, I got one... this steamer right here... It has all the cliches you can have from a chick-flick. Female lead goes to foreign land with friends... CHECK. Love interest in underwear making fool of himself... CHECK Karaoke sequence then klutz moment CHECK Harry Connick Jr outside of CopyCat CHECK I mean, come on! PS - Gouge my eyes out, more likely... Incidentally I was in California 6 months ago and visited the Madame Tussauds exhibit in a Las Vegas hotel... I only have one question, is this Hilary Swank or Julia Roberts? Perhaps an ominous sign of things to come... |

Holy cow PS I Love You looks worse than I could ever have imagined. Everything about it so misjudged - the jokes, the tone, the idea, his accent. Wow.
People do forget that Gerard Butler was shit and bland for many years before 300.

That is a horrible accent. I can't believe this has Hilary Swank (this is OSCAR WINNER Hilary Swank) and a director whoese's last movie was Freedom Writers (was I the only person that thought this it a good film?).

I love Kevin James - he's just a natural when it comes to physical comedy. I just didn't find the trailer that funny - I get the feeling it's some kind of PG-13 movie aimed at families instead of going the typical (although always great) route of childish gross-out comedies associated with Happy Madison productions. Oh well.

I've never felt so old as when I tried to play the Dragonball demo on X-Box Live. I had NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL WAS GOING ON.
As such, I can't really get upset about the movie. Just looks like the Mortal Kombat film to me.
