'Pandorum' motion poster released

A new motion poster has just been released for the upcoming sci-fi flick Pandorum.

It's creepy for a couple of seconds but quickly becomes just plain annoying, plus the more you look at it the more the skin just starts to look like cellophane. Also I question the logic of releasing a mysterious poster like this when there is a trailer already out which spills most of the story's beans. Surely it would have been better to release this motion poster first.


The plot follows two astronauts wake to find themselves drifting through space and with no memory of who they are. They believe that they must be the only ones aboard the spacecraft, but can hear sounds coming from its center. Exploring the spacecraft, they encounter several other surviving crewmembers, and the astronauts start to learn that a terrible event has occurred on board which might affect the survival of the entire human race.

2009 is proving to be a big year for sci-fi and Pandorum definitely looks like it might be worth a watch. Starring Dennis Quaid and Ben Foster its due out September 25th
