Was it you asking about what George enjoys doing in London?

A lot of women swooning over him and asking bullshit - I thought they were professional journalists??

Oh the guy from the Netherlands at the end - somebody shoot him.

Journalism is becoming a mockery. I mean, I know we were there, but still we would have asked something suitable and not acted like children in school assembly.

nah, i didn't ask anything, because the question i wanted to ask had pretty much been covered, and i know i'd have been frustrated if one of the questions was wasted by having them reiterate what they already said. but yeah, i'll not think like that again, two days, two clooney conferences and there were like ten questions altogether that were non-pertinent. i liked that the moderator had no time for it though.

the mr fox questions were nuts too - people were asking him and bill murray how they connected with their animal counterparts, how they prepared for being badgers and foxes - wtf?

i was looking for a site to host this so that we could stream it actually, but i tried to upload to one twice and it wasn't working...and now my BRAND NEW dictaphone is broken  Sad

just got back from seeing the road - that press conference was much better, everyone asked good questions and viggo mortensen is awesome, completely passionate about the project, and he was actually talking to journalist afterwards instead of just leaving, which is remarkable. chickened out of going up to him though...i could've shook aragorn's hand!

He was waiting to talk to you. He's the biggest Fanboy D fan.

You're seeing some wicked films over there. Is it unlimited capacity for the press conferences, can you get into everything you want to?

Are you saying you can't upload the audio from the Mr Fox press conference? Why can't you use the service you did for this one?

the only thing that's been full to capacity was the paper heart screening (which i was late for). mr fox's conference hall was HUGE and packed, men who stare at goats was in a medium sized cinema and packed, the road was in a small hall and there was a crap ton of empty chairs...but yeah, i've been getting into everything i've wanted to.

i can upload the mr fox audio the same way, but i mean i wanted it to stream rather than for you to have to download it to listen. i think people are more likely to want to do that if they come across it. just found out that the bfi have uploaded their own recordings to the press are of the website, and they'd take microphone feed presumably, so the sound quality shouldn't suck like mine did.

i plan to ask a question at some of these conferences...but i'm dreading saying 'david williams, movie moron' and the mic cutting out for the 'movie' part Wink

I find it's best to say "movie moron dot com" extremely quickly and with absolute seriousness, if you pause or slow down at any point - you're history.

This works for streaming audio - http://www.fileave.com
And is free.
Any audio that's on the front page we can host and put in our own player, but the forum is a different story.
