I saw the title and thought "Oh! Jason Lee!" because I think he is fantastic...and then I noticed the Alvin and the Chipmunks bit....gutted!

This looks terrible.

This is how I see the "drama" going down:

  • Dave meets girl.
  • Chipmunks discover girl is secretly working for the bad guy (probably Ian/David Cross)
  • Chipmunks tell Dave of her mission to try and save him from almost certain embarrassment.
  • Dave tells the Chipmunks to fuck off.
  • Chipmunks fuck off and do something else for a bit, involving lots of sighs.
  • Dave finally discovers that they were right all along - just before this the girl realises she is genuinely in love with Dave - but it's too late....or is it?
  • Chipmunks find themselves in trouble - probably kidnapped by Ian.
  • Girl explains everything to Dave - explains that she now actually does care for him - proves this by joining him to save Chipmunks.
  • Dave and girl go and rescue Chipmunks - Ian falls over or something equally as hilarious
  • The happy family are now back together again - the Chipmunks accept girl and forgive her for her past-crimes.
  • Big happy ending - Ian is shown behind bars with a huge man behind him telling him that he loves nothing more than short bald men.

I can't wait.

I can't imagine I'll ever see a better 16 minute analysis of the Alvin And The Chipmunks trailer. Absolute genius.

The chipmunk in the dishwasher looked disgusting.

Very well done and probably quite accurate.

Wouldn't the dishwasher fatally burn a chipmunk??

Your movie is quite entertaining. However, please don't distort pictures to fit them into your movie's dimensions. Please either include black area around them, crop them to fit, or do a "Ken Burns" pan effect. Your stretching of stills makes your movies look very amateurish, and makes the photos hard to recognize and appreciate.

I'm still amazed that this guy still acts and the guy who played the cool dude from Dazed and Confused doesn't.

Are you people seriously intellectually deconstructing ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS?!

It's a movie for 7 year olds!

I just -- it's -- AUGH

carry on.

Isn't Jason Lee a Scientologist? What more can you expect from crazed lunatics such as these? All the money he makes will probably go towards E-meters, anti-psychiatry propaganda, and opening a new church in Zimbabwe to prosletyze the unfortunate locals.

Jason Lee will always be Brodie Bruce and Banky Edwards to me.

I saw this film with my now ex, I enjoyed it more than I should have.
