The Last Last Airbender Poster

The new poster for M Night Shyamalan's The Last Airbender is out, take a look!



The story, in case you didn't already know, revolves around the evil pyrokinetic Fire Nation conquering the world, and Aang, the last Air Nomad of the title, must master the ability to manipulate all four elements in order to save the Earth Kingdom and Water Tribes. The poster makes it look really...dreary. Not much of an adventure, which is really what the TV show was, although it did have its dark moments. Much hads been made of the fact that we haven't seen the lead character smile at all. Not in one single, solitary promo pic. Weird.

The Last Airbender stars Dev Patel and Jackson Rathbone, and will be released in fake 3D on July 2nd.
