New Scott Pilgrim poster

I'm loving all things Scott Pilgrim at the moment. Here's a new poster for the film.



I'm still not quite 100% sure the film looks right, from the trailers anyway, the poster i'm a big fan of. I love the comics, they have a very specific tone to them which is hard to capture. I'm worried the film has put too much emphasis on the fighting side of the comics, which although it is extremely important and obviously great for cinematic conversion, I feel it is of secondary importance. Essentially what makes the comic great is the characters and their relationships. I hope that doesn't get lost in translation.  Maybe i'm jumping the gun a bit, you can't really read that much into a trailer, it's only natural that they are full of action packed bits. Can't wait for the film anyway, it's currently at number 2 on my most anticipated list behind a little film called 'Inception'. By the way, there is no actual list, it's more of a mental list, i'm not that sad!
