After learning that the costume for Ryan Reynolds in Green Lantern would be entirely computer generated we've been left waiting patiently for an official glimpse of the costume, seeing as how no paparazzi photos were going to show us anything worth seeing. Finally, Entertainment Weekley have unveiled the suit on their cover, take a look:

It's quite a departure from the look of the comic book costume, although it retains the basic iconography - the chest symbol, the mask, and of course, the ring.

There are also a couple of images inside the magazine that give us our first official look a Hal Jordan and the supporting cast:

What inspires confidence is that although it deviates from the classic design considerably, it seems very much governed by the internal logic of the story, much like Chris Nolan's Batman suit. What do you make of the suit? Does it look cool? Or does it look like bacon?
