Sadly, this list was MUCH easier to put together:
Eclipse Shutter Island Survival of the Dead Paranormal Activity 2 Catfish Legion Splice The Crazies Iron Man 2 The Last Airbender
Potentials: Valentines Day Skyline Jonah Hex Resident Evil: Afterlife Clash of the Titans Robin Hood The Tooth Fairy Saw 3D

The problem with this is I haven't seen any bad movies, I avoid them. But from reader reaction one thing's clear - The Last Airbender sucked. We declared Wolverine the worst film last year, then I saw it for the first time recently and it really wasn't that bad. There was much worse out there. Here was my prediction for worst movies of 2010 - http://www.movie-moron.com/?p=10471

Just for that Wolverine comment, if we ever meet in person you're buying me a beer.
Your list is adequate.

The Crazies? No way. That film was solid. I loved it, looks great on blu-ray. Even if you hate the story or acting, it doesn't deserve to be on that list just due to the cinematography. It was beautiful! The whole time I was watching it the landscapes and shots just kept reminding me of The Hills Have Eyes and High Tension, (2 movies I've seen a bunch of times). I looked it up on imdb and found that the d.o.p. of The Crazies is a guy named Maxime Alexandre. Which has worked pretty close with director Alexandre Aja. He has served as the d.o.p. on High Tension, The Hills Have Eyes, Mirrors, P2, Catacombs and many more. Even if you hate these films, you got to respect the art in the cinematography. You should replace The Crazies with Daybreakers, Hot Tub Time Machine (no disrespect to Sean Anders), Knight and Day, Karate Kid, I could go on and on.... So what did you not like about it?

The Crazies is a yawn-fest remake of a crappy film. Olyphant is a painful actor and and the film relies on cheap scares and shitty dialog. Cinematography? Maybe, but I don't think 'pretty' is good enough to qualify as truly great cinematography. You want to see a great film, a film that The Crazies should have been? Rent Carriers. Far superior film that relies on realistic character relationships to build tension instead of silly phantom farm machinery. Less of a horror and more of a suspense drama, but far more masterful.

Shutter Island!!!! Is you crazy? I'd sooner put Inception on the list.

You're not wrong, considering they're practically the same movie. While Inception bored me and was a VERY generic movie save for the hotel hallway scene, I thought it showed extreme film making prowess from Nolan so I can't hate on it too much, just mock the ignorent that think it's God's gift to film. Shutter Island on the other hand was a riotous laugh-fest, complete with inane predictable ending (predicted on this forum months in advance, btw, though for the life of me I can't find the post), idiotic final exposition, and pointless script. I sat there the whole time thinking it was a practical joke, much like Indy 4 and Public Enemies.

Yeah I think I would like Inception more if it hadn't been so over-hyped with people heralding it the greatest film of all time. It was actually the same with Avatar, i was put off it by people exaggerating how good it was. Both of them I would class as 4 star movies, not all time classics.
Shutter Island is flawed but I still think it's Scorsese's best film in quite a while. I didn't really watch it as a sort of plot twisty film, I saw it more as an atmospheric piece. I think the ambiguity at the end was really well done, was he still in the delusion or was he just pretending because he couldn't face the reality of what he had done? Mark Ruffalo's performance was the key to that film, he was brilliant. I loved the concentration camp flashbacks as well. Scorsese manages to create the feeling of being in a dream 100x better than Nolan.

Firstly, Survival of the Dead was good. Not great, but not terrible either. You've put it on the same list as Resident Evil Afterlife, and for that, sir, we shall duel with swords.
Secondly, Shutter Island was okay. Nothing special, but the performances were so strong I was intrigued even when it got silly.
My worst films of the year:
Resident Evil Afterlife Pandorum (because Paul WS Anderson is associated with it - I haven't seen it) Valentine's Day Saw 3D: The Final Chapter Part VII And We Mean It This Time The Karate Kid Vampires Suck
I saw plenty of perfectly average films this year and a fair few good ones. My problem is trying to remember which was which.
I'm fairly certain I'm the only person on earth who really enjoyed Iron Man 2.

Pandorum was 2010? See it if you like dark sci-fi. As a whole it's just alright, but has great moments.
Survival of the Dead was embarrassing. Pathetic acting, bizarre character actions, and the lamest final shootout in cinema history. For a brief, shining moment the old Romero raised his head with the final image of the film, but it wasn't nearly enough to save it. I haven't seen a movie that bad since ...
Shutter Island. Why people insist on calling Scorsese a master is beyond me. He's always been good at scenes, for sure, but not the best at stringing them together. And yes four of his films are good, but every other movie I've seen from him has been garbage. And Shutter Island is unforgivably bad. I'd rather watch Twilight cause at least I can laugh at it.
