Hopefully it's just ET's kinetic frenzy, but man they make the movie look INANE

Incredibly disappointing in every respect.

I think ET made it look bad by just choosing the silliest parts of the trailer. I hope they did. I think it's very likely close in tone to Zorro, which would be like them showing the 'pointy end goes into the other man' clip and stuff complete with (DJaws word of the day incoming) inane voice over. Check out the Bond homage at the beginning, I never noticed that before...



Going with a full CG suit was definitely a horrible, horrible mistake though.
