The upcoming Iron Man film have got me pretty excited... Why? Although I was never a huge, obsessive fan of the comic series, the whole idea of a man flying around in a robotic suit of armour was always amazing to me when I was little. I guess maybe I haven't grown up much in those twenty odd years.
I'm liking the care and detail being put into the technology of the suit. Makes it easier to believe in.In about four months time I will be able to see if the real life version makes the grade, but the trailers up until now have been promising. Robert Downey Jr certainly would seem to fill the part well, far better in my opinion of the other two main runners for the roll of Tom Cruise and Nicholas Cage.
