Hear ye, hear ye, our brand new, rebooted, non-Donner Superman will be:

This guy.

Currently saving lives at Ambercrombie and Fitch.

His name is Henry Cavill and he certainly has the all-American good looks vibe that's essential for Superman. We'll need to see him with glasses on to make sure he'll be a good Clark Kent, but maybe we already did that and we didn't recognize him.

Sorry. Just wanted to fill it out a bit and thought the photo made him look quite a bit younger.

As for the casting he looks like a fairly decent pick. Funny how Superman is always an unknown and Batman is always a name actor. Wonder why.
