Favorite Buddy/BestMates Movie Duo

I was discussing movies with my bestfriend we are like twins and I realized I really like buddy comedies and/or bromantic comedies and it got me thinking who is my favorite duo. And it has to be Simon Pegg and Nick Frost followed closely by Jason Segel and Paul Rudd. The reason I like Pegg and Frost over Segel and Rudd is because they have done more together and it was hilarious everytime.(IncludingPaul which was a good film to me despite the reviews). So tell me what is your favorite?

Well yeah I am a huge fan of Pegg and Frost in Shaun Of The Dead. I love Steve Martin and John Candy in Planes, Trains and Automobiles. I like the South Park duo in Orgazmo, very under-rated live-action comedy movie.

Martin and Candy nice. And yes it is quite under-rated, worth a watch people check it out. Orgazmo

It's not TV, but Will & Jazz on The Fresh Prince and Troy & Abed on Community are cool. I also liked Hurley & Charlie and everybody paired with Sawyer on Lost.
