Despicable Me 2 Teaser Poster

A teaser poster has been released for the follow up to the hit animation Despicable Me (that's the evil genius movie with Steve Carrell becoming a father figure with Pharrell playing in the background, not the one where Will Ferrel is blue and has a big head). You didn't even know there was going to BE a sequel, did you? Well, now you do. Thanks to the teaser poster. Totally successfully teasing the existence of the movie.



How's that? Okay, it's quite possibly the most obvious teaser image the movie could possibly have had. Excited yet? Hopefully Pharrell is back for more in the sequel, though one has to wonder - how despicable can Gru be now? He mellowed out a bit first time around...

It's SERIOUSLY good. Makes me wonder what it would've been like hand-animated. Reminds me I need to see The Illusionist.
