New Contagion Posters

There are six new posters out for the upcoming, star-studded, Steven Soderbergh movie Contagion, take a look beloooooooow!



Contagion is a thriller following the outbreak of a lethal pandemic, with the medical experts around the globe desperately trying to find a cure in the midst of mass hysteria. How bout those paranoia-fuelling taglines, huh? Coupled with the distressed effect of the posters (which it's nice to see used on something other than a Grindhouse ripoff) I'd say these posters are pretty snazzy. I like how Gwyneth Paltrow looks so sick you could mistake her for Tilda Swinton, and just how much space Matt Damon's blurry hand takes up. Not to mention how everyone seems to be mid-action and mildly panicked, with the exception of Jude Law, who is stoical even in the face of extinction. What do you make of the posters? And what is Laurence Fishburne saying to Kate Winslet on the phone?

Reeeeeeally not used to black bar on YouTube vids yet.

The black bar looks so ugly. 99% of webpages are white, it blended in much better before.

Good point. I think the basic design tweaks make it look slicker overall...but it's black.
