While promoting his new film
Bottle Shock at Sundance, rebooted/young Captain Kirk Chris Pine has accosted, stuffed into a gunny sack, detained and vehemently questions
by Entertainment Weekly regarding . . . What else?! . . . J.J. Abram's rebooted
Star Trek. During this interrogation it seems like Pine may have let slip a little spoiler in regards to the film.

hereThose two measly little sentences there will now be part of a ridiculous amount of analysis from Trekkies. The appearance of Leonard Nimoy (as Old Spock) and Pine as young Kirk in scenes together seems to put the kibosh on speculation that the film either be a feature-length flashback from Spock's perspective or that he would simply appear in a flashforward scene. So, MENSA member that I am, my thoughts are that there will be some sort of disruption in the time continuum that will unite future and . . . future-future.
All this is starting to make my head hurt so go ahead and work on those theories, kids.
And as always please show your work.
