What Is Aronofsky's Problem?

Just writing a preview article and was reminded of the fact that Aronofsky was announced as the director of the Robocop reboot, and announced as the director of The Wolverine. And he was attached to Batman Year One. Why does he take on these big mainstream projects when he really has no intention of seeing them through? Does he think he can turn them into personal works?? All he's done is delayed all these franchises. Jerk.

Happens all the time, look at Abrams on Superman and Whedon on Wonder Woman and Batman...

Besides, who cares about Robocop and X-Men Milking It: Wolverine? I'd rather see Aronofsky on a Marvel project like Doctor Strange, not sequels or remakes.
