I saw it last night and my *god* that was a fucking good film.

Even the sight of a slightly CGI monster didn't spoil it or remove the tension.

Bizarrely, only the camera angle is original in that film, but it added so much and made everything so goddamn immediate.

Brilliant.

I agree. The only bad thing I can say about Cloverfield is that the camera movements gave me a headache--literally. However, I found the monster quite terrifying. I cared not whether it was CGI. Very good film.

Oh, also the theater I went to did not show that last little snippet after the credits I keep hearing about. Sad
