Martin Scorsese is reuniting with Shangri-La Entertainment and Fortissimo Films to create a very special documentary about the life and times of Bob Marley.

The team previously worked together on Shine a Light, a documentary all about the Rolling Stones. The only thing currently known about the film is the release date, 6th February 2010 - Bob Marley's 65th birthday.

"I am thrilled that the Marley family will finally have the opportunity to document our father's legacy and are truly honored to have Mr. Scorsese guide the journey," says descendant Ziggy Marley.
