This movie sucked big time. From watching the previews, I thought it would be about rogue cops killing off bad guys who got out of jail through a technicality. But it isn't. Well, maybe the first 10 minutes is. Then after that it just sinks to low levels of pure stupidity. For the rest of the movie (1 hour 20 minutes) Keanu Reeves focuses on solving who killed his ex cop partner, which you can already guess 20 minutes into the film who is responsible.
This movie is not worth seeing in the theaters and is not even a rental.
What a shame considering they had a good cast of talented actors.
